The most persistent characters in anime without emotions

Anime is home to some of the most outlandish and noisy characters in fiction.

But the same can be said about quiet and emotionally withdrawn people.

Not everyone can be as big as Luffy in One Piece or [permanently] intense as Goku indragon ball - and that's okay.

In truth, there is something mesmerizing about characters whose expressions barely change in the face of tragedy or euphoria.

So who are the most distant characters who, ironically, manage to keep the show appealing to viewers?

Let's take a look below.

25. Mashiro Shiina

Anime: Sakuraso's pet

It's shocking to many, but the female MC of this amazing 2013 awesome character just doesn't add much to the series to justify a higher spot here.

Yes, she is attractive, but admittedly typical.

Her world-class artistry hasn't intrigued viewers as the show doesn't delve into that aspect.

Also, her general lack of common sense exists for fan service and predictable comedy.

I'm sure Mashiro develops significantly as a character in later chapters of the manga.

But as far as her anime version goes, this featureless blonde is overshadowed by the rest of the spectacular ensemble.

24. Arin Kannazuki

Anime: Trinity Seven

LikeSakura-sou no Pet na Kanojo , Trinity Seven has a large core.

However, the big difference is that the latter is a harem since Arata Kasuga is the only guy and Arin Kannazuki is the stoic girl in his magical group.

Even though she considers herself Arata's wife, Arin harbors no genuine anger towards another Trinity Seven woman.

She sees in them her dear friends - and is jealous only because of her affection for the guy.

And although she will become more expressive later, you will still be very interested in her character much earlier.

First, there is a big mystery for her:

Arin's memories of her early years are nowhere to be found, only at the age of eight does she develop a sense of the world and herself.

Second, her preference for solitude and listening makes it relatively easy for her to recognize the emotional state of others.

23. Tsukiko Tsutsukakushi
