10. Flex Wheeler


Although he is the only professional bodybuilder on this list to have never won a Mr. Olympia title, this does not diminish his overall career success. Having won the Arnold Classic 4 times and received many more awards, he has proven that he has the right to enter the list of the best bodybuilders of all time.
